  The pizza is alright.  We ordered delivery and it arrived slightly warm.
  When we ordered, we asked specifically if one of their dessert items on their online menu could be delivered (since it includes ice cream), and they said yes. We ordered the sweetza deep dish pizza cookie. What arrived was an inedible room temperature thin pizza crust with overcooked and dried out chocolate chip cookies on top (the chocolate chips were literally hard, dry, and crumbly). The attached photo shows exactly how it was delivered. What exactly about that is deep dish?  Also, their online menu states 2 liter drinks are available for delivery but over the phone they said only cans are available.  
  When my husband called them to tell them about the cookie, they quickly said they would refund us for it, but kept describing a different 'a la mode' dessert to him. Either the online menu needs updating or the staff needs more training or both. Regardless, any self-respecting business would not have delivered what we received.

  THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!
  For the FOURTH TIME in Four months, they screwed up our take out order!! They can't get it right. I had the poor girl who answered the phone read the order back to me, which was not that complicated, and felt comfortable paying in advance. That was my second mistake. If you go and sit there to eat, you might get lucky, and convince them to correct your order. Believe me. We were going there once every couple of months until we got tired of getting shorted on our order, arguing with them about it, and leaving completely dissatisfied! Never again. They just lost a good $100-$200 every so often. Hopefully more if YOU will join me in silent protest. They are NEVER busy, even on weekend nights, so it will hopefully be a short while until they are out of business!

  I can't say enough how over the top Will and his team were in catering pizza for our son's wedding.  He made a tiered pizza they wanted instead of a traditional cake.  They delivered on time at a great price and handled all the setup and serving.  I love thin crust pizza and this was very good and everyone enjoyed.  Thanks for helping make our son's wedding very enjoyable.

  The thin crust pizza was great. The Greek salad was very tasty and fresh. But the biggest thing for me was the patience of the staff with the two hangry and wild toddlers with us. I appreciate the quick lunch. Thank you for being so kid friendly!
  
  Update: I have since returned to Palio's a few times. If I could give repeated five star reviews for the food, I would. I enjoy eating here every single time!

  Nothing special and customer service needs to be improved. We placed our order and didn't get glasses for our drinks. People that came in after us got glasses and their food first. It was just okay. Had the blackened chicken Alfredo but it didn't have much flavor. My husband had a calzone and it looked like a pizza folded in half versus a calzone.
